Delete your Tulime account

You can request permanent deletion of your Tulime account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This closes your account entirely — you'll need to register again if you want to use Tulime in future.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address linked to your account.Send a message to support@digitalfs.org with the subject line "Delete my Tulime account", including the phone number or email you registered with.
- We verify your identity.Our support team confirms the request matches the account on file, to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
- Your account and data are removed.We permanently delete your profile, farm/biodata records, marketplace listings, and photos within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or financial compliance (see below).
What's retained. Where required by tax, financial, or dispute-resolution regulations, transaction records tied to completed marketplace orders may be retained in anonymized or archived form for the period required by law, even after account deletion.
